Moment Of Truth

How do you hold on to what’s left of a something that has become damaged from what has been said time after time by you and your flaws

While on this new journey of learning to fix you, healing past things that have made you who you are 

Without every step of the way creating more problems and damage on both ends.

I don’t feel physical capable of doing both at the same time. Like they are almost to be seperated while working on. 

Does that make me more weak?

Am I really the entire problem and why this whole thing doesn’t work? Or have I allowed myself to own that and accept that to make things better. 

Better? Nothing is better. 

Ive spent years not facing my problems which has created every bed I’ve laid in. 

I don’t have any answers. I don’t know whats the right thing anymore. 

It’s taken me my ENTIRE life to master these bad habits and master these flaws. How the hell am I expected to fix them overnight. 

Ive accomplished many things in my life with confidence.

Ive got zero confidence here.
