Hey girls, my name is Amber. Ever try and get on the fitness ban wagon and then shortly after find yourself slipping? Yup, that’s me!! I know how hard it is to get focused and stay focused. Motivation comes from within and sometimes it’s hard to find.
I originally just wanted to create a place where I could post my workout videos, upload photos here and there and hold myself accountable. But then my interest and my results throughout my fitness journey become inspiring, exciting and a lifestyle change for me that I want to share with you all.
I get asked often, how do you do it all with your busy life between the kids, full time job, your relationship, friends and family, how do you make time for your workouts, what foods do you eat, do you have cheat days, how do you know what areas to work, does weight lifting really make you look like a dude (even though we love our guys, we don’t want to look like one right), do you take supplements?
These are just a few of the things that I’m asked. So instead of it just being a place just to dump photos, I want to make it a place where I can add solid content, answer all your questions, add value and help in anyway I can.
